Yes. Two clicks from /billing. No retention call, no forms. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

See the Refund Policy. Short version: no pro-rata refund on partial periods, but we refund billing errors, accidental annual renewals (within 14 days, if unused), and persistent service failures.

Yes, that's exactly what booker mode is for. One account, multiple artist aliases. Each alias has its own public booking page, contracts, and calendar colour. Switch between them or view everything combined.

They each get their own login. You invite them by email and pick their role. Manager sees calendar + contracts. Accountant sees money + invoices. Photographer sees content + toolbox. Your subscription covers the whole team, they pay nothing.

Unlimited on every paid plan. Team members never see anything outside the projects you grant them access to.

They lose access immediately. The work they did stays in the workspace (you own it).

Every artist gets a /b/<slug> link. Promoters fill in venue, date, fee, message. Submission auto-creates the project, a draft contract, and a draft invoice in your workspace. You review, edit, and send when ready.

For routine music industry agreements (booking, performance, splitsheets, NDAs, brand deals) e-signatures created in Korbee are widely accepted. We provide a tamper-evident audit trail. For high-stakes deals consult a lawyer; we're not a certified eIDAS trust service provider.

Yes. Upload your existing template once with merge fields like {artist_name}, {event_date}, {deal_amount}. Korbee fills them in for every project. Or have AI draft a template from a description and edit from there.

Yes, invoices and contracts support VAT input, HT (excluding tax) and TTC (including tax) display, and per-country VAT rates.

Yes. Workflow templates are per-user, you set a list like 'book hotel 30 days before, deposit 21 days before, balance 1 day after'. Every new project auto-materializes those tasks with the right due dates. Editable any time.

Yes, standalone tasks appear in the same kanban next to project tasks.

Two-way sync is on the roadmap. For now, Korbee reads your Google Calendar (one-way) so your tour days appear next to projects.

Yes. The mobile app is a native shell built with Capacitor, same workspace, optimised for backstage. Push notifications via APNs (iOS) and FCM (Android).

Most read views work offline thanks to a service worker cache. Writing (creating tasks, sending contracts) needs connection.

EU. Postgres on Neon (Frankfurt), file uploads on Cloudflare R2, transactional email through Resend. We don't sell data to anyone.

No. AI features (Claude via Anthropic API) operate under a zero-retention contract, your inputs are never used to train models.

Settings → Export. CSVs for contacts and transactions, PDFs for contracts and invoices, ZIP of files. Or just email privacy@korbee.app and we'll generate the bundle.

Yes. Settings → Security. TOTP (Google Authenticator, 1Password, etc.) and recovery codes.

Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer are next on the roadmap. The schema and milestone detection are already in place; the OAuth providers are being registered.

When the integrations launch, yes, schedule and publish directly from your toolbox. Until then, draft and store posts in Korbee and publish manually.

No, and on purpose. Korbee is your tour HQ. For ad spend stay with a dedicated tool, we'll surface the numbers later if you want to log them.
